Any piercers know what’s happening ?

I just got this done two or so weeks ago. The part of my ear that my barbell touches in the middle looks like it’s trying to grow around my barbell? Underneath the metal where it touches my ear is bloody and raw. And the holes on the sides of my ears are getting super hard and itchy. I’ve been cleaning it and turning it. What’s happening? Should I take it out?

don’t take it out as it could seal the infection in. i’d go back to the place you got it pierced and ask them. they shouldn’t charge you anything.
