Not dilated ANY TIPS ,Who else ?

I’m 38weeks& 4 days still no sign of dilation , i might get induced on the 24th if she don’t come on her due date which is Oct19

Me! 37+3 with my 3rd and not dilated at all! Staying active with my 2yo, walking 8yo to the bus stop and back, still having regular sex, bouncing on the yoga ball. Dilation is not a good indication of when you will go into labor anyways. Just gives women false hope most of the time bc they still go to their due date or past. I believe I read somewhere that only 10% of women go into spontaneous labor by their due date but I cant remember where exactly 🤔 the end is in sight!! I'm using this time to rest as much as I can I'm doing nothing extra to exhaust myself bc the baby will come on his own time anyways. Try to stay strong you got this!!!

My due date is the 19th as well. Last appt a week ago i was not dilated. They did schedule an appt for me to get induced on the 31st though

Yup, same at my appt yesterday. Also due Oct 19. 
With baby #1 my water broke at 37w and I wasn't dilated at all or having labour start on its own and had to be induced. So I have no idea what to expect this time!

Due October 28th and no dilation today. Will be induced on the 28-29th is he doesn’t come on his own.

I’ve heard pineapples, red raspberry leaf tea and sex soften your cervix try that and a warm bath!
