Rear ended

So, I got rear ended this morning on the highway. It was bad enough the person who hit me could no longer dive their car. My car has a bit of damage as well but it was still drivable. The pain set in a few hours later when I was at work. I left early to take my car into my insurance to get fixed since it’s covered by the other party completely. My head hurts so bad I have a mild concussion and cervical spine strain. I’m so nauseous. My meds are getting filled. Everyone tells me it’s going to be worse tomorrow. I walk 10+ miles a day. But I don’t want to call in because I’ll feel bad because one person makes a difference. Especially after leaving early today. But I’m not sure if I feel like this I’ll be able too. I don’t know what to do.
