Pressure in the cervix/ vagina area?

Question

I’ll be 29w this Friday. Yesterday and today I’ve been having this pressure. Like if I pulled my vagina muscle. It’s not consistent, but I’ve been feeling it towards the end of the workday. Anyone else experience this? 
Know what it is? And why?

It’s likely baby position causing the pressure 
I’m pregnant with baby 6 and it’s awful the pressure this time around! I swear his little head is going to pop out and say hello it’s that intense some days

I think it may be pelvic floor pressure. I was told about a pelvic floor physical therapist by my midwife. Apparently there are many exercises that can help to strengthen pelvic floor muscles. You can Google " ways to strengthen pelvic floor muscles" it should help a lot with labor.

I have the same, especially when I move. Asked my doctor, she said it's absolutely normal! If feels like a bruise down there somewhere hhh
