High BP During Period?
Hello, ladies 👋🏻
I had my blood pressure taken yesterday and it was higher than I expected. I had just gotten my period a few hours earlier and was battling some major cramps. Any idea if that could have affected the reading? I also fasted and was very nervous, which I’ve read can also affect BP.
