Success stories please!!!

Has anyone gotten pregnant with Femara after taking clomid and it not working?? I have taken 3 rounds of clomid and have not ovulated.my doc changed me to Femara I’ll be taking it this month.. has anyone else did this and gotten pregnant with Femara??
