Retained placenta? Should I go to the hospital

I’m one month pp
Stood up to get the baby and have a hush of blood clots. I’ve been passing clots/blood for a entire hour. Just passed this, it’s hard feeling. Should I go to the hospital?
Update- went to hospital waiting for doctor
Update again- have more tissue, they gave me a pill to try to get the rest out, if not they’ll have to give me a d&c

Glad to see you went in. After my MMC I used cytotec to induce to try and pass the tissues naturally. I passed most but not all. I became septic and needed a D&C to remove the rest of the tissue and an IV of very strong antibiotics to clear the infection. I was lucky, they caught it only after about 2 weeks because I called after passing clots the size of golf balls and larger due to hemorrhaging. They will probably do an US, if you retained tissue then they will do a D&C to remove it. Its a very easy surgery amd quick recovery. Good luck!
