I'm doing bbt charting for 1st time. I think there is a lot of fluctuations in temp so is this normal. Also my chart doesn't seem to have a cover line so how can I get a cover line??

As long as you're taking your temperature at the same time each day, first thing in the morning before you get up/move and with a BBT thermometer then it's just normal fluctuation 👍 coverline wont show until it has detected ovulation, even then it may not show as there isnt one on mine and I'm clearly 4dpo!
