Breastmilk for cradle cap?

Has anyone had any luck with treating cradle cap with their breastmilk..? It's so, I was wondering how you did it.. Like wash hair with milk than rinse with water after? And how often?

I tried it and didn’t feel it helped.  Oil worked best - rub it in right before bath time and comb, brush or use a fingernail to very gently lift the scaly pieces.  Then wash two or three times with baby shampoo. I tried coconut oil, olive oil, and canola oil, and they all worked about the same.

I just put some into my hand and gently rub it on her head whenever I notice it. I leave it there and then rinse it off with water later that day or the next day since it makes her hair sticky.

I used coconut oil on my daughter. Just rubbed it in every morning and have her hair a gentle brush at night.

With my daughter I used to use baby conditioner on her hair (she’s has a ton of hair) and a fine comb while she was in the bath I would brush her hair and the cradle cap would come away.. with my boys I used olive oil and done the same but with a small baby brush as they didn’t have much hair.. never tried breastmilk but I’m guessing your have to wet babies head with it so the skin is soft and brush it away..
