Anyone know if MCT oil is safe ?

It's just coconut oil. It's fine. It's many of the foods you eat.

Everything I've read says that there isn't enough research to determine if it's safe or not, so to just avoid it until after pregnancy & breastfeeding are both done.

As long as there is nothing else in it, it’s just coconut oil.
