When to test??

I know the rule of thumb for taking a pregnancy test is to use your first urine in the morning. But how off would the results be if I did it after that? AF was supposed to start yesterday and I meant to test this morning but I woke up so groggy and wasn’t thinking about anything except for my bladder needing to be emptied 😂🤷🏻‍♀️

If you’re late already... it really shouldn’t matter what time of day you do it.  If you could hold your bladder for 2-3 hours, it would probably give you best results.
FMU is more important for testing early, although some people get better results in the afternoon.

It really just depends on your HCG levels and how diluted your urine may be. Try testing after a 4 hour hold. Good luck! ✨✨✨

I took a test a 5pm after holding it for a few hours and I got a BFP. I took 3 more a couple hours later with whatever I could get out of my bladder. as long as your urine isn’t diluted it should give you an accurate result. Especially now that you’re late.
