Are y’all drinking caffeine?

I occasionally did with my first...like once in a blue moon. But omg all I want is coffee!! And decaf ice coffee isn’t a thing so I am like 😩

Yes. I read 200mg is fine. So usually I either make a coffee in the morning, or grab an iced coffee, and occasionally have a small glass of pop with dinner. I usually only drink half my coffee lmfao. My last I went caffeine free a bit before coming pregnant, and for some reason fell in love with iced coffee. So had one every few days, but usually a hot chocolate. Once I had my son my caffeine intake went up alooooot,😂😴 so the amount I drink is nothing compared to what I did before becoming pregnant

I make one in the morning but can’t stomach a full coffee, usually get a little less than half way through it and need to throw it away. The smell makes me so sick in the gut. Haha

I’ve been making a cup of decaf and I add a little pumpkin spice latte from aldi to get the yummy flavor and a little caffeine. Top it with whipped cream!!! 😍

Oh yeah!! Before I got pregnant I had a large iced coffee with FV swirl and cream from Dunkin’ Donuts every single day!! I couldn’t just cut it out. So now I get a medium iced coffee with FV swirl and cream every other day sometimes every 2 days. Honestly it’s been about a week since I had my last one which is shocking. The drink I get definitely has more than 200mgs of caffeine hence why I don’t go every day anymore.
