Who tf gets hemorrhoids this early in pregnancy 😒

So I mean it could be from my last pregnancy, I gave birth to my son a year ago next week who passed away.
Who tf gets a hemorrhoid at 7 weeks pregnant. Imagine my panic when it’s bleeding 😩😭. Anything I can do to help this?

Pretty much most of my family members had one during pregnancy or they sometime come back, it happened to me as well I got rid of it and it came back it might be from straining when going the bathroom, preparation H works also Tucks with witch hazel.
