My husband and I have had a crazy 6 weeks with his work and getting stuff ready , family stuff...

In regards to my husbands mother I’ve had a few discussions with her that she is not allowed to just come by whenever she wants once baby is born.

If it’s a good day great and if it’s not sorry.

Fine. Fast forward to today.

So long story but my husband and I didn’t get to bed last night until about 1am and he had to be up at 6 for work.

His mother calls him this morning and says she wants to come over tonight. She wants to see me pregnant one more time. He says sorry mom tonight’s not a good night. And texts me to give me the heads up he’s already spoken to her. This was at 9:30am.

11am she texts me this :

Like WHY are you so shady. Why do you have to go behind my husbands back and then message me ? It’s annoying. He already told you no. And maybe it’s because HE isn’t in the mood to entertain or see you.

Ugh! Just venting to vent.

Side note I know she doesn’t like to drive in the dark so I suggested a really late time. “Ooooops”.
