When did your baby start taking a sippy cup?

My EBF baby won’t take a bottle at 4 months so not sure if I should keep trying or wait it out till she can take a sippy cup

My 8 month old can now consistently drink out of a sippy cup. My first took til 9 months but I think that was more my terrible teaching than his abilities. But you can start at 6 months for sure. There are some cups that say 4 months + I think. If you can find one of those you can try now.

We started at 6 months

We started our son at 6 months since that’s when they can start having water. He was formula fed though so he only ever drank from a bottle.
