Don't know what to do, he said he loves me, but I think I want to break up with him :(

We've been together for less than a year, and I think I want to break up with him.

Always knew he wasn't the one or I'm not gonna live a big part of my life with him (also we're still young :19 and 20)

But he told a few months ago he thinks he is in love with me, he can't help thinking about his future with me but also precised no pressure on me lol

I told him I loved him...I know it's bad because I have to admit I don't love him that way, I like him a lot and really care.

I never want to hurt him, I know he can be quickly depressed by a breakup.

But also, it's not honest to stay with him and actually becomes harder to pretend...(Mostly for sex, cant get horny😅 😭)

I am so afraid to hurt him bad while he just texted me today to tell me how much he loves me...
