Never been so impatient for my period to start!

To most that sound ridiculous but to me it means the beginning of our infertility specialist journey.

My husband and I had our first consult with the dr who will hopefully help us make our dreams come true. If I get my period it means Day 1 of my cycle and day 1 of getting data needed to help me conceive. Day 3 will be blood work and day 6-10 will be a HSG X-ray. Once the dr has this important information, we get down to finding out what’s wrong and how to move forward this cycle.

My expected period is less then 2 weeks so either we magically conceived naturally this cycle for the last time or we get to see our dr again soon.

We are excited and nervous but it will definitely be a journey! If you have gone through an infertility dr, what advice do you have for us?
