Did your membrane sweep work after 40 weeks?

Those of you who got a sweep after 40 weeks, did it work? If so can you share your experience? I got one last week and then one today at 40+2... hoping my body is ready enough that it worked 🙏🤞

Got one yesterday at 40 weeks and I've been cramping on and off since the stripping but not painful to the point where i feel like i need to go to the hospital. I've been having mucusy brown discharge too. Im also 4cm dialated. I have induction scheduled for next Thursday the 17th. Im calling it "the final countdown" Im so ready to be done!

I had my 2nd sweep yesterday at 40.2 and it's been 36 hours and nothing. I was really hoping this one would do something. 😔
