These are a HUGE sids risk.. babies need a firm flat surface to maintain an open airway, this makes the head slump forward onto the babies chest potentially stopping air flow.

Not safe. Babies need a firm surface to sleep on. The slightest disruption can interfere with their airways. I’d just return it and exchange it for something else :)

I wouldn’t use that. Just use your crib without anything in it like blankets , toys , pillows etc. and make sure the mattress doesn’t sink in when putting the baby in 😊 it should be nice and firm.

I saw these when I was pregnant. Apparently they are supposed to REDUCE the risk of sids, but I honestly don’t see how 🧐
