Panic Attacks 😢😢

I’ve been getting panic attacks for yearssss. Since I was about 13. I remember my mother explaining to me what death was and I panicked. I’ve been getting them ever since. I’m 27 now and lately they’ve been more frequent and almost everyday. I recently stopped smoking and drinking (for 25 days now) so im not sure if it’s withdrawal symptoms making them harder to manage. Anything pertaining to death or even if i watch a movie with people dying i get reminded of that same feeling of panic. I’ve noticed a pattern and they seem to be harder to manage during my menstrual cycle. I’m sooooooooooooooo tired of getting them. I’m currently in therapy. Does anyone have any advice on how I could manage them or even stop having them without taking medication?
