Here is the story I had a home pregnancy test come back positive then the hospital said the blood test was negative and gave me morphine and other meds well I still had a lot of pregnancy symptoms except I been spotting

Well now today i all of a sudden got a period like cramp that was kinda sharp well when I went to the bathroom the toilet was full of blood and a massive blood clot and each time I went to the bathroom I have major blood clots

So can I possibly be having a miscarriage or just a very heavy period

The big blood is the blood clot in the toilet
