Large blood clot or miscarriage?

Got my second period after 8 months and this morning i had cramps to where i had to get up to use the bathroom, as i sat down this fell outta me and idk what it is...Please if anyone has had similar ones, what is it?! a clot or a miscarriage?

You could always take a pregnancy test...if it’s a miscarriage it will still show positive, if it’s negative then it’s just uterine lining which is what it looks like to me

Take a test. If it is a MC, the test will still pick up the HCG. If its negative, it's just a big ol chunk of uterine lining. That *can* ne normal especially after hormonal BC changes but wouldnt hurt to show pic to OB! Best of luck

Take hcg test of positive it is mc. If not it’s a clot do u have a iud or implant? Could be that too.

Honestly looks similar to my miscarriage except mine was WAY bigger. Take a pregnancy test and see if it’s positive and let us know. If it’s positive it was a miscarriage and if it’s negative it wasn’t.

I would take a pregnancy test & call your doctor. That’s what my clot looked like when I miscarried.

I would show the pic to your gyn. That is rather large for a period clot
