How To Ovulation Test?

So I’m new to ovulation testing and really have no idea how to do it. Do I just test every time I pee or do I need to test so many hours in a day and make myself pee X amount of hours during the day? I’m confused as to how this works and the best way to figure out if and when I’m ovulating!

It should be written in the instructions in the box. Basically it depends on your average  cycle length although you could just start early after your period. So say 2 days after and once a day in the afternoon is probably best. Then when the line gets darker you can test twice a day so you don't miss your peak day. Remember an opk where one of the lines is faint is always negative. Both lines have to be identical in colour to be positive but that's not to say you shouldn't BD when it starts getting darker. You can ovulate early or very late ..it depends and it doesn't necessarily correspond to what glow predicts.  Best of luck.
