uti issues

over the past few months i’ve had increasing urinary issues, and it’s getting in the way of my sex life a lot. it’s been two months since my boyfriend and i have because we can’t seem to figure out what’s wrong with me. i got a pelvic exam, ive been tested multiple times. no yeast infection. no uti. no stds. but it still hurts to pee and have sex which is becoming very frustrating. just wondering if anything like this has happened to anyone? if so how did you treat it? my doctor doesn’t seem to want to go more in depth about it, she just prescribes antibiotics and sends me away.
