Would you recommend temping? 
Is it okay to temp vaginally? 
While temping will you be given a ⚠️warning ⚠️ ovulation ⚪️is coming or will temping only confirm ✅ ovulation??

Vaginally, and it only confirms that it actually happened... no forewarning. Opks give you the window leading up to it. I personally LOVED temping as I learned SO much about my body and cycle doing so. Got pregnant 4 months fully tracking my cycle and felt way better equipped in doing so

Temping only confirms ovulation and i do recommend it for that reason. You can temp vaginally since it is more accurate especially if you are a mouth breather. Also you ahve to temp immediately when you wake up before doing anything and after 3-4 consecutive hours of sleep.
