Luteal phase question?

Does anybody else notice a short luteal phase from charting their cycle?  Are you actively trying to lengthen or do something about it?

I had a naturally short luteal phase but I knew that even before I started temping. Mine was maybe 9-11 days. I ovulate on my own but was ovulating very late, so my doctor put me on Clomid to make me ovulate earlier and make my luteal phase longer. It lengthened my lp to about 13 days and made me ovulate earlier too. Third round of Clomid worked for me!!

Mine is 8 or 9. I contacted my doctor and she said “you’re fine, it won’t affect getting pregnant” but I know that’s not necessarily true..

I called my doctor right away! He asked me to get bloodwork done exactly 1 week from predicted ovulation day to test my progesterone. I started taking b6 during this cycle and 7 DPO my progesterone was 16.9 which he said was good. I had a 13 day luteal phase that month as well! (I had 9-10 days before)... not pregnant, but I’m hoping the b6 will continue to do its job! Let me know about Vitex. I’ve never heard of it before!!

I have a short phase and my doctor put me on progesterone suppositories for this cycle. I have to start them 3 DPO for 12 days, then take a pregnancy test because the pills keep you from getting your period. 🤞
