Could this be it?

I ovulated september 25th (confirmed by blood test) Today would make me 14 dpo and for the past two days I've been having some twinges in both my ovaries and some painless throbbing in my uterus. I haven't gotten a positive pregnancy test so I don't know what's going on. Have anyone had the same thing and was pregnant??

FYI: I haven't had any other symptoms other than the twinges and throbbing.
