Hey, I’m wondering if anyone has experienced extremely painful bowel movements while on their period?

It don’t feel like it’s constipation because it’s still soft, but my belly bloats sooo much.

I get shooting pains basically from my asshole right up to under my boobs.

I can’t sit down, moving from a sit to stand is incredibly painful.

It usually lasts for about 3 days, but only ever happens on my period.

I have endometriosis, so I’m used to pain... but this is next level. Can’t breathe, can’t move... just have to wait for the pain to pass.
