Horribly nauseous at 5dpo 🤢

I know it’s too soon to be having pregnancy symptoms. But since last night I’ve been feeling so horribly nauseous. I don’t know what to do! Anyone else had this? Could it be implantation related, or ovulation related? I’ve never had this before and I feel awful 😫

ETA it’s not a stomach bug because I’ve felt like this for about 24 hours but literally no vomiting or diarrhea, just nausea.
