What to feed 10 month old?

I’m a ftm and I’m a little confused on what I should be feeding my 10 month old for meals😅 I still feed him baby food and a bottle when he’s hungry and I’m not sure if he is ready to eat finger foods yet and if he is what should I be feeding him at mealtime? Any help is appreciated 😊

I feed what ever I eat of course i mush it up and give in tiny pieces .

I just feed my son whatever I’m eating. I’ll mash it up or break it into small pieces but he literally eats off my plate most of the time

I would look up baby led weaning! We fed our son some version of the same things we were eating starting a little before then. Super convenient for us and baby liked it too.

Millet is good with butter and has a lot of calcium. Easy to make. Chopped up fruit or steamed vegetables. Scrambled eggs. That was what my son ate.

I fed whatever food from 6 months old he was a pro eating steak and tough food by 7 months you can really give them anything to eat just make sure it's cut finger lenghs when starting out ..join blw on Facebook

Try moving up to a minced texture...
Shredded cheese, scrambled egg, chopped up fruit & cooked veg,
Rice, quinoa... anything that small enough to not get stuck if swallowed whole.
