Career-driven that need HONEST advice...

Next week, I will be starting a new job and I just found out that I am pregnant. I really do not know what to do. I’m afraid that the new employer will look at me funny, by the time the baby is due, I won’t be a year with the company and I’m 37 years old. I’m also career-driven but I’ve never ruled out not wanting a child. My partner is happy I’m pregnant but understands my concerns of starting a new job pregnant. I know once you’re in your late thirties it won’t be easy to get pregnant. I was wondering if there are any women here that been in my predicament? How did you handle it? What did you? Thanks!
