Help so confused

So Sunday I thought I recieved a positive test and Monday had a ton of ewcm and dull cramps but today (4dpo) I had nausea, cramps, very moody and clear thick semi stretchy cm so I took another ovulation test and it came back very positive. I'm so confused?? Please let me know what you think!! 😬
