Anyone else having real contractions that had to be stopped?

My real contractions have been confirmed twice! They won’t stop them until it causes dilation. If baby tries coming before 36 weeks they will try stopping labor until 36 weeks. I am 33 weeks so he wants me to be very careful and try keeping him in as long as I can. At 36 weeks if he wants to come they aren’t going to stop him Has anyone else dealt with this? His sister came at 37! She was my first. Dr said gestational diabetes plays a role in this also. 😅💙
