How do you do your hair for work?

I have thick hair that is also fine and tangles super easily. I normally just stick to a basic top head ponytail/ bun. But this makes my hair so flat and lifeless after work that I can't
 wear it down. I work with food so it has to be up. How do other women wear there hair so they can keep it out of the way at work, but is still a cute fashionable hair do?

Try a french braid or french braided pigtails. My hair is the same way and those helped plus gave it volume when I took them out, or you can try to spiral hair ties. It makes my hair slightly flat but I’m the only one who notices, and definitely not as flat as regular hair ties do. Especially good if you do it in a bun.

If you put some mousse or salt spray in first then put it in a sock bun when you take it down itll be wavy, almost big curls. I used to do this when I was a cook. Look up sock bun tutorials on YouTube.  They also stay in very well without pins
