Toddler poop, doc visit? Advice please.

So how long would you deal with your toddler having stringy loose diarrhea? Started the 10th and i swear she had like 5 poo diapers and 11th only 3 (her normal is two) but it is still wet when usually solid. Today she had her morning poo and it was green, still very soft but I also did not feed her anything that was green. I dont want to overreact but I also dont want to go in and they just not do anything. Anyone go through this? Should I wait till its been a week? Just looking for advice. I also read that when poo is green that it could be from bile and going too fast through digestive system...
