Any app that u use to keep track on ur babies?

Hi can someone pls share what your routine with ur baby? 
Any app that u use to keep track?
Or just send them to school? Playshcool? Gym? Playgroup?
Teach on ur own?
How many hours does ur baby watch tv everyday?
What type of toys are they playing now?

I am a SAHM and my son is with me 24/7.
 He's 16 months old and plays with educational toys (with shapes, colors, numbers, and such), little cars and mega blocks mostly.
He only watches a handful of shows (peppa pig, hey duggee, bubble guppies, lion guard) but he doesn't watch TV all the time. Maybe combined like 2 or 3 hours (not straight) and he loves to dance to music and play with our cat.
 He wakes up between 730 and 830am, eats breakfast and then plays till lunch and maybe have a cartoon or 2. Eats lunch with mommy and then waits for daddy to get home from work. Then he plays with daddy and maybe has a cartoon and snack. Nap and snuggles between 2 and 3pm. Then he plays and eats dinner and has a bath. Bed time around 830-9 on a good day and sleeps through the night normally.
He still nurses randomly throughout the day because I always nursed him whenever he wanted to so he nurses to sleep or just because lol
