2nd MC

Hello all! I just recently had my 2nd miscarriage. It happened at 11 weeks 1 day when it stopped growing. My first one we lost at 10 weeks. I have 2 living children, the miscarriages have been in between the kids so. Live birth, MC, live birth, another MC. Does anyone think me losing them so close to the 12 week mark means something? My doctor says since I’ve had two live children, it’s nothing to worry about, idk should I be worried?
