Going threw fertility. Dr had us on clomid our first round and we grew one follicle and unfortunately didnt get our BFP. So this month we did femara and we have grown 2 follicles. Yay. One on my right and one on my left. I dont have my left tube unfortunately because of an ectopic in 2017. Dr says we should ovulate today. So we did it last night, just now and when I get home from work around 11. Having high Hope's for our rainbow but also hoping for no twins. Lol I mean if it happens we'll be over the moon but for now ones just fine.

Have you had luck with femara + pressed+ ovulation? Because today we've done it all.
