Cracked lip is now swollen
My lips have been soooo chapped. Where it kept cracking over and over again is really swollen now and the skin over it is white but around the white it’s really red. It isn’t puss I’ve already tried to get something out but it’s like dead skin. How can I fix it? Peroxide? Leaving it alone? I know it isn’t herpes because I’ve had STD.
