Wine coolers?

I was going to have a wine cooler or 2 and I nurse. Is that ok? Don’t want to cause problems for the Lil one

That’s just fine. If you can drive, you can feed.

I feel it is fine to drink a glass or so while nursing. I then pump the next time (while baby gets a bottle) and dilute that 1 to 1 with some pre-pumped milk. Then I will feed from the breast again.  The more you drink at one time then the longer you should wait before nursing directly from the breast. If you drink a lot at one time then dilute it more with clean milk.
