We think the condom might’ve broke?

Had sex with my boyfriend with a condom. When he took it off afterwards he asked me to check if there was any cum on/in me since there was a weird amount on his hands from it but didn’t appear to be broken. There was nothing on the outside so I just stuck my fingers up there and there was a liquid that was kinda sticky when I pulled my fingers apart. I’ve had cum on my hands before and it seemed like it. All my boyfriend has to say is that he’ll get me “abortion tea” if that’s the case. I still have almost two weeks until my period. Should I just take plan b or something? I’m not on birth control.
