Lactation supplements

Anyone have luck using supplements to increase breastmilk? I bought goat's rue pills (Mommy Knows Best) and Milky Mama drops in hopes to increase my supply. Neither have fenugreek (which is what screwed up my supply to begin with). I had a slow increase with lactation cookies but my boyfriend and son keep eating them 😭 and buying the supplies is really adding up. My 3 week old daughter is beginning to eat more so I hope to have a supply going (i have no frozen milk!!!)
