My (ex?) fiancé and I have been together for nearly 4 years. We got into a big ass fight today and I packed some shit to stay at my moms. I asked him if he wanted to meet to talk about it but he’s busy hanging with his friend. He says he wants to work it out but he’s too busy to talk so???

We all know men can be stubborn as hell. I think if you back away for a few days and let him realize what he’s missing he will contact you. Don’t call, text, or anything, just leave him be and let him find his way back to you. If he doesn’t then it wasn’t meant to be.

He probably just needs space. I know the couple of times my husband and I have fought, he’s like that. He knows he wants to work it out but sometimes he just needs a breather to level out before sitting down to talk about it. It used to make me angry because I’m one of those people who likes to sit down right away and hash things out but I realized he just likes to have time to cool off first.
