Increase in vaginal lubrication

Im usually pretty normal when it comes to having sex and not needing any kind of lube, but maybe you all can help me answer this question. Recently, I’ve been getting a lot “wetter” during sex to the point where there is a huge wet spot. Maybe it’s normal, but not for me. I am 9 days late, and I’ve tested several times and they have all come back negative. However, I started a pack 3 days before my period which caused irregular bleeding so I decided to stop taking the pill because it was making me feel out of whack and I hated the spotting. My obgyn said it was normal, but what I didn’t tell her was that I had stopped taking the pill to make it stop. Which it did a couple of days after I stopped taking the pill. I still haven’t had my period, and I swear I have all the symptoms is being pregnant, but still no positive result. I was just curious if anyone has had extra wetness during sex that was a sign of pregnancy or was the sex just that good that I just so happened to come extra? Does this make sense? Lol! I’m just at a loss at the moment! Help!
