Unsure and frightened

I have a hormonal IUD and have had it for the last 2 months. In that time I’ve been bleeding constantly and in pain. Currently waiting on an ultrasound to check positioning. I’ve had sex once during this time about a month ago and he finished inside me and recently I’ve been extremely tired, emotional and nauseous. I am really worried that I’m either pregnant or my IUD is making me ill. Any support and or advice is appreciated...
