Hi,

On Thursday my sister had a panic attack and since then she has said she feels disassociated from everyone else. I don’t know what to do, she keeps crying randomly and saying she wants to sleep forever and she doesn’t want to go back to school tomorrow. She says she doesn’t understand what’s happening, she also has loss of appetite, stomach aches and headaches. Please help I’m worried.
