If you do labor naturally without an epidural do you still get a catheter?

I had one because my bladder was too full to get the placenta out but she literally put it in and took it straight back out

I think you get the catheter only when you get an epidural or have a c-section.  With an epidural everything down there goes numb and you are unable to walk and you probably won’t even realize when you are peeing.  If you are doing an all natural then you won’t get one.  Correct me someone if I am wrong 🤔

I don’t believe so! I think they only do it if you have an epidural because you can’t feel your legs and become a fall risk.
