I'm on my second cycle of Femara (Letrozole). Last cycle I did 2.5 and I ovulated, but no baby. This cycle I did 5mg and ovulated, my CD 21 Progesterone level was 16.1. I've seen a lot of women say they got their BFP their second cycle so I'm praying this is our month! I've had very dull cramps in my lower abdomen for the last 2 days, so I'm kinda nervous. BUT... This is the first cycle in 20 years that my boobs aren't unbearably painful a week before af. I usually get severe PMS. Last month it was even worse, so I'm trying really really hard not to reaf into how great I feel 3 days before af is due lol

Anyone have any success stories with Femara?? Which cycle and what dose was the magic one for you?
