Constipation?? 6 weeks

Anyone constipated .. I am I can only get small amounts out at a time it’s really frustrating. Any tips ?

My OB has me taking stool softeners because I’m severely constipated. I’m 4 weeks. Definitely call before taking anything but I’m confident they’ll say it’s okay.

I take colace, and sometimes Metamucil...I’m pretty constipated on a normal basis but pregnancy makes it 100x worse...I can still have problems even when I max out both of those things

I've been having fruit smoothies for breakfast everyday with organic ground fax seed ... regulated

Lots of water. I upped my water intake to a min of 80 oz a day. My doctor also told me to try pear juice and it really works. I get either the toddler juice or the Knudsen.
