Any suggestions

I’ve had an hsg and a scan of my uterus everything came backed normal my tubes aren’t blocked . My husband sperm is good . I’m 21 years old . We’ve been trying for 3 years , my only diagnosis is PCOS but I have very mild pcos I weigh 122, the only really symptoms of pcos I have is over stimuli on my folicules and that’s it. I don’t have regular periods but we tried femera for 6 cycles I did ovulate on 5 cycles but never fell pregnant . My husband is deployed for 7 months now and I’m trying to figure out where I should go from here , I’m going to work on getting my cycles back in check. Should we just move straight to IVF when he gets back should we give Clomid a try?
